RepuTex’s ESG Rating Model has been designed to provide investment professionals and companies with robust, consistent ESG information and analysis, helping the market to measure and benchmark corporate sustainability performance.
RepuTex’s research methodology examines both ‘top down’ exposure and ‘bottom up’ ESG performance. Top down analysis, mapping geo-political, country and industry risks, sets the scene for specific company analysis, helping to determine material ESG risks that may require company action.
RepuTex’s model covers over 120 research criteria, with analysts applying a score of 0 (lowest) to 10 (highest) against each indicator. Scores are then weighted and aggregated, culminating in a score for each Environment, Social, Governance and Workplace Category, and an overall performance score, running from 0 (lowest) to 100 (highest).
